I guess most people find these films too slow and boring, too emotionally deep or whatever.

I've been going for the past few years.

I usually skip the ones I think will be out on bluray/dvd, as... i can "acquire" them later.

some of these films... once in a life time, you'll never see that shit again. the really indie ones.

i avoided anything that came from canada... they're usually really boring and pretentious lol.

i think 2-3 years ago, there was a really good one, 13 assassins.... so far the japanese ones have been fairly good. The chinese ones... the quality of production and story etc, have really shot up in standards in the past 5 years.

Canadian films are hit and miss, I'll likely only see Arctic Defenders.

Mouton wasn't too bad, I haven't had time to see any others yet.

I'm not seeing Burning Bush, but I will look for it at a later point.
