Cruz is going to be interesting, because he fights a lot like TJ and is an absolute MMA genius. The only question of course is how will his knees hold up? He looked great against Mizugaki but that was a really short fight

It really is unfortunate. They sent a memo out earlier in the week telling all fighters to stay within the hotel unless it was a UFC sanctioned event in which case they'd have to take designated UFC vans with UFC hired security

Admittedly I don't follow UFC or boxing (too boring imo), but I only ever hear about how disappointing big matches are, never how interesting they were.

As society becomes more accepting of female MMA fighters, the competition and overall skill level will improve over time. It's like women's hockey or anything else: you see all the most progressive nations dominating international competitions because their women have more freedom and financial ability to participate. Maybe China is the exception to that rule.
