If the driver ahead of you comes to a complete stop at the stop line before the light turns from yellow to red, it's an unsafe stop. However, in the eyes of the insurance companies, when you rear-ended a driver in the situation above, you are at fault for following too closely... :suspicious:
I haven't yet heard a good outcome for the driver who did the rear-ending in similar situation. |
