Disputed tickets don't count against you until after the court date. So if you get a ticket with a few months left on your 2 year N period, dispute it, take your class 5 test as soon as you can and get your class 5. The disputed ticket won't get to court until a year or so later, then you can go to court, plead guilty if you want, get a reduced ticket amount and enjoy having your class 5. | lol, I did this. I didn't want my class 7n refreshed. Passed easy modes. Best part was the cop dropped his charges, and I didn't get suspended even after passing my class 5. Bonus! |
