I just use google lol...Usually reviews off of car audio forums I find are informative.

Alot of reviews are kinda biased and rarely comment on anything negative about a product.

But really, your local quality car audio shop usually has a lot more real world information than forums do. And a lot of these shops have real demo vehicles for you to listen to...sound quality from personal experiences can be extremely subjective. As long as you find a salesman that is not completely biased and if he is a personal friend, even better!
