Intermittent Cyl4 Misfire

So my car will, on occasion, decide to throw a misfire code (whatever the one is for Cyl4). It doesn't seem to matter if it's the first cold start after a freezing night, or right after stopping for a few seconds after a 6 hour drive at highway speeds. Hell, it's happened while driving at speed a couple times. Anyway, I'm having issues trying to source the origin of the misfire. I've changed the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and even flow tested the injectors. I've tested for spark as well.

Where else can I go from here? At the moment it's not a big deal as it only seems to happen for a few minutes and then the code magically clears itself and the car starts driving normally again, but considering I have to drive 3 hours every day for work, I would like to avoid the day where the misfire simply does not go away.
