I'm selling my Simmons 997 C/A because I'm going to a different setup this year.

A new unit goes for $330+tax, then $50+tax for the beef-up kit, and then shipping. I paid roughly $460 brand new shipped to my house.

Fantastic C/A. Very mobile, right out of the box. Great flexibility and protection. I've taken shots up to Junior A, UBC Varsity and ex-minor and pro level players with barely an issue.

I purchased it with the beef-up kit for the arm floaters, belly and shoulder floaters.
I have also re-enforced lower arm floaters just for more protection. They can be moved to the upper part if you like.

If you want to use this for roller or ball hockey, all the inserts can be taken out to save weight!

997 has adjustable extensions for the shoulder caps, shoulder floaters to maximize size and take up more space in net. Arms are laced in with 2 sets of eyelets so arm length can be adjusted as needed.

Does NOT smell. At ALL. No BS. I clean it after every game with a anti-bacterial spray down and dry it with my Rocket Sports dryer. It's also washed once every 1.5 months to maintain a smell/stink-free condition (I can't stand the hockey smell on C/A's).

No tears, no wear spots, nothing broken/missing. All foams are in place. Condition is pretty much like-new!

V-shaped lexan dangler. Used for 2 games. no direct puck impacts. Just didn't fit my new wider mask well. $15

Reebok P2 goalie knee pads with suspenders. no tears or smell. very very good condition. purchased new @ $120+tax. Selling for $60obo.
