People renting shop spaces together
 

Putting this here so I can get some good traffic, if it belongs somewhere else go ahead and move it mods.

I'm moving back to Vancouver at the end of January and am going to be in the market looking for shop space to rent. I know lots of people do this together with friends already and ideally I would want to join up with someone who is already renting something and has a couple spots open.

I only NEED one car spot so long as there is parking outside (preferably not street as I don't always have all my cars insured).

Most of the places I find on craigslist are good for two or three people to get together on but a little pricey for just one person to rent it out for himself so if any of you guys who are renting out shop spaces are looking or have room for one other person then please PM me.

I will be renting out spots in my shop starting Feb or so... Plenty of parking and room inside for fairly cheap. It's in the boonies of Langley though so it may be too far away. (private shop on residential acreage)

I'm interested. Need some space to work on my car because I dont have a garage
