Anyone have recommended techs who are experienced in working with an NSX?

What do you need done? Curtis at Speed Syndicate knows NSX's.

Nothing in particular right now, but eventually will be clutch, timing belt, water pump, headers, exhaust, alarm, etc.

Just want to find a reliable experienced nsx tech that I can start going to

He did my TB and WP in the Summer of 2013. No issues. The others he can tackle but I'm not 100% sure they do alarms. If not I'd recommend to contact Mike at Sounds Good (Coq location).

Save money by buying the OEM parts from an Acura dealer in the USA and shipping to Blaine or Point Roberts etc.

I agree with pingu81, buy your parts from the USA or NSXPrime and get it shipped to the border.
Those parts you are looking into will be $$$

I would recommend getting an aftermarket coolant tank, because my OEM had heavy leaking at a bad time.
Since you're getting all of that stuff done, I would also recommend getting your gaskets done, especially the oil pan gasket.

I don't know what type of work you are looking to do, but I was running on Bilstein shocks on stock springs. Lowered the car about 1.5" and looked great and handled amazing, felt like stock.
