bushing deflection

Was wondering what is normal deflection and what is a worn bushing when it comes to this. Im checking deflection in the front control arm bushing that mounts to the subframe. I am getting some movement with a pry bar front to rear i know that the rubber will flex but what is the normal if any.

Same goes for the bushings in the upper control arm im getting movement when prying from the bottom?

rubber flex is normal. Check to see if the rubber is cracked or split. Or the the bushing has a metal collar around it or in the middle, see it the rubber has pulled away or loose from the collar
