That's not a running engine. They are just dry cycling the engine. You can stand in front of the engine during a dry cycle, and not get sucked in. There is no fuel or ignition present during a dry cycle. The start switch in the flight deck just opens a start valve, allowing bleed air to turn the started. In order to get combustion, you'll need to introduce fuel when the N1 (first stage compressor) reaches a certain %.

Haha, a go pro would be annihilated if the engine was actually running. It also would be completely illegal to have a foreign object anywhere near an engine.
