The modern day loan sharks.

They pose a bigger problem for the DTES residents than any high end restaurants but the anti-gentrification protesters probably rely on them.

Having trouble paying rent?

It dpends if it is credit card payment that you have to make I suggest just wiatint till yor can cash your pay cheque. Afterward just call in and say you totally forgot your bill with the all NYE party and all that. Usually CC compnay will leave the interest and late fees for you if you are a good customer who pays on time mos tof the time.

If it is something like rent or mortgage or car payment maybe ask your parents or friends?

The catch is you can only borrow up to 400 bucks and have to repay it.

I figured that out by looking at the website for about 15 seconds. Maybe you should borrow that $400 interest free, and invest in some reading lessons.

So, take that $400 and invest it!
