To be honest there actually nothing wrong living at home the advantage is that you can spend more time with family cause once you move out your going to regret it for a bit and as well as you can save alot alot of money before you enter another chapter of your life by buying a place to live. For the girl thing I think you just gotta be a ninja about it at home, I think they won't have eyes on you 24/7. If you want it bad enough you would of done it by now
