static/fuzzing noise on my speakers

what is causing that? is there anyway to fix it?

It's definitely some kind of contact point i.e. cables/wiring, the plug, bad ground etc.

Lots of different variables. You have to further troubleshoot the source of the problem.

Got a pair of speaker from the states. it had fuzzy noise.
Didn't want to pay shipping to ship it back to rma.

Found some random cable audio cable and switch it, been fine ever since!

fuzzing noise is generated from the pin you plug into your audio card or motherboard. check the connection on that.

I had this problem on my old soundcard

I bought a USB asus xonar as a replacement for ~$20 .. fixed the problem -- I was too lazy to chase down the real issue
