Quick question about laptop Hi there I just won a laptop from Asia and the power adapter is 2 prong. See the actual picture below. May I know which adapter I should get to make it work in Vancouver. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...ps459321af.jpg Please kindly advise ASAP. |
the little box/brick converts the power in your house to power that your laptop can accept -- as long as the power adaptor reads 110-240V (Which most do, btw) you can just take the plug that goes into the wall off any power adaptor you have at home (it's a universal style) and just plug it into the brick edit: you just need this: http://www.laptops-upgrade.com/image...type-plugb.jpg these guys should sell it for cheap: http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/rc...269115460.html |
thanks for your prompt reply. |
Looks to be a Korean two prong plug. You can just buy an adapter that converts the two prongs to the NA two prongs. Posted via RS Mobile |
