Looking for Female Family Doctor

I remember a thread from a long time ago complaining that family doctors are a pain to find. Well here I am looking for something that just might be even harder.

Anyone got any recommendations? Preferably around the Metrotown area if possible.

If your a female it's understandable but if your a male. Your a creep.

If you want a hand job, go to a metrotown rub and tug.

Google find a physician in bc and there's a website listing family doctors, I think it starts with a p. it will tell you all accepting new patients

My family doctor is a female. She took over my now retired doctor. Don't know what all the fails are about.

Anyway, pm sent.

RS, so weird at times. A doctor is a doctor is a doctor. I don't care if my doctor is a fricken Tholian as long as they're good at what they do.

Maybe OP is a gay guy and would feel more comfortable with a female doctor whom he would never be attracted to.

How bout a transgendered family doctor, now THAT'd be crazy.

EvoFire 02-15-2014 09:40 PM

I'm looking for a doctor for my girlfriend whose not comfortable dealing with a male doctor, does that answer any questions why?

And thanks MG1 and saucywoman for the tip.
And volvo too.

I have a male gp. But when he's away, there's a female that looks over his patients. I find that female healthcare worker tends to "care" a bit more for their patients. More sympathetic/empathetic.

I know you said metrotown but

Affinity in richmond continental plaza

There are three doctors, Dr. Kung and Dr Hofer (sp?) are good. Avoid dr. Tan though she's a bitch

I think that OP lives in a sheltered kind of life.

I think for you to break out of your shell so to speak. Pick and random country on your next vacation and go. Not touristy, no 5 star resort type vacation.

Go out and breathe in the culture of another country. It really evolves your life, goals, feeling and perspectives. I'd think you'd grow as a person and really appreciate life.

That's my opinion anyways.

To this...

Thanks guys, we got the help we need from the clinic that MG1 suggested. I'm not sure if they are accepting new patients, but they do operate a walk-in clinic and the wait times are not too bad.

It is actually surprising as to how hard it is to find a new family doctor nowadays.
I have not been too happy with my doctor and have been looking for another one but so far a lot are not accepting new patients.
