Mighty Car Mods Season 6

Sounds like a blast, who else has this dream of doing this "buy a car in Japan and do a road trip, then export it to Vancouver" like I do? :accepted:

westopher 02-26-2014 08:46 PM

Mine is in Germany but the dream is there. "european delivery" on a 25 year old M3 with a few trips around the ring before I bring her home.

I'm halfway done this epi.

I keep thinking about timpo though

Mine would be to buy a '67 GT500 Fastback somewhere in the sunshine belt (California, Arizona etc) and roadtrip around the country before bringing her home...

There is nothing more enticing, and potentially just retarded than buying a car that you don't have any clue about the maintenance to take on a long trip. I love it.

Exactly, memories like that will last a life time.

WTH I was just wondering where the new Season was, almost the end of february and nothing since their 2013 recap. Now this...:fuckyea:

Cillu 02-26-2014 10:40 PM

That was nothing short of awesomeness.

Jobo 02-27-2014 12:23 AM

thumper 02-27-2014 09:52 AM

snails 02-27-2014 09:54 AM

Gaddam mine too:notbad:

Or a german split window VW camper, drive it through Europe and then drive her across Canada from the maritimes

back on topic, love that MCM is back

Just wanted to throw this out there.. I think the show itself is actually quite fun to watch but I personally just can't stand Moog. Guy annoys me to the point that I can't even watch an episode without getting frustrated.

^ i guess thats just a taste thing, like top gear i think the accent and personality are everything

that being said i hate US top gear sooo much, but can watch an episode of the UK show 10x over

hk20000 02-27-2014 01:08 PM

TGUSA is unable to keep the scriptedness to itself.

I hate every TGUS episode but the one where they did the entire episode about rallying was pretty damn awesome

Agreed. I got pretty excited when they showed the R32 in the beginning, but I knew it wasn't going to happen. The Micra did prove to be pretty entertaining on the drift track though :lawl:

Kaolinite 02-28-2014 02:33 PM

i chuckle every time they say "mo powa" haha

Neva 02-28-2014 09:27 PM

Man, I watched that thing smiling the entire time. Such a good watch.
