2001 Honda Accord DRL's not working

So I have a 01 Honda accord Ex and the daytime running lights work when they want too.

If i start the car with the handbrake up the DRL in the dash turns on like its supposed to but when i lower the handbrake it turns off for a split secound and turns back on.

From what i'm reading online it seems like the DRL module needs to be repaired or replaced but I don't know where it is located

Dont know if this helps but i fixed mine a while ago, Its under the steering wheel, forgot which one (theres 2). If you can figure out which one, at the back of the boards theres a crack in one of the solders (it might take a while to find but youll see it). If you just resolder it then youre good to go.

edit:
might not be the best video or the same car but this is basically what you do

Try to find the service manual online, it should state the location.
If I remember correctly from my brothers 2001 Accord, it is a grey box under/behind the dash, right above the brake/gas pedal area.
