Rear window tinting spots
 

Hey guys, i'm struggling to find any good window tint spots around vancouver. I need it just for the back window of a range rover. very easy access. the only shop close to downtown on kingsway i found wanted to charge $150... there's nothing in the way it's just a flat piece with very easy access to it

150 isn't that crazy if whoever does a good job.

Depends on warranty coverage as well. Some places only offer 1 year, where others offer a lifetime warranty.

that's a pretty big pane of glass... it's possible a lot of that $150 quote is just in materials alone?

Give N-Motion a call. They are located near Brentwood Mall and a RS sponsor. I got 7 windows tinted by them about 11 years ago LOL for like $250 or so. Price is probably different today.

It will always be cheaper to do more than one window. The fact that OP only needs one done, they will charge you top price. $150 isnt far off. Where the discounts happen is when you need to tint more than one window. Also the quality of tint matters as well, you wouldnt want your tint to fade and turn purple.

this guy hooked me up with cheap tinting -- 5 years later and it hasn't fallen off or turned purple, cash only though IIRC

pretty easy to do it with a friend and with some right tools, I spent an afternoon to tint my SLK and S class.

just got my windows done by these guys. great work and great price.

Will take some pictures when I am back to HK next week.
