1997 Honda Del Sol DOHC VTEC
 

Up for sale is my clean and well maintained daily driven 1997 Granada Black Honda Del Sol with original B16A2 (DOHC VTEC)engine/transmission. This is the last production year for this car coupled with the engine makes it a bit more rare. Shares the same platform as the Civic so parts are always readily available. I hate to give her up for sale so hoping she'll go to a good home. I'm the 3rd owner and the last 2 owners are older females. Service records prove that. Now on to the details

-Local BC car
-Clean title (not salvage/rebuilt)
-Maintenance records from beginning of 2001 to current
-Current Aircare
-ICBC claims report
-Original engine with 255,xxx KM
-Original transmission with NO 2nd gear grind (A very common problem)
-Currently has 4 snow tires on with 70-80% tread left (Didn't leave me stranded at all!!)

Maintenance under my ownership (with reciepts)

-Currently on the 4th oil change (last one at 253,xxx km) always with top brand synthetic oil(Royal Purple/Castrol edge with Bosch/K&N oil filter)
-Dissembled/recleaned/relubed calipers with new rear brake pads (Fronts are still 70%)
-New rear caliper as it was seized (Changed last week)
-4 snow tires. 2 hankook ipikes/1 Toyo Observe G02+/1 Toyo GSi5(1 tire developed a bulge and was replaced with a new tire)
-Distributor cap and rotor
-NGK Double Platinum spark plugs
-NGK Ignition wires
-Headlight bulbs
-Coolant flush
-Transmission flush with new OEM Honda oil

Washed weekly and waxed about 2-3 times in the past year. Pictures shown was the day I picked her up but current pics will be up shortly!! Serious buyers/ No tire kickers!! Offers will only be entertained IN PERSON! This is a 17 year old car so don't come expecting to see a perfect just off the showroom floor car. Please be reasonable!! Insurance ends at the end of the month so I'll be switching over to storage if not sold by then
