This. You can't just plug a huge microsd into a phone and hope it reads.

you guys missed my previous post about S4 and Note 2 support for up to 256GB i guess.

anyways my S4 with a SD to MicroSD adapter and a Kingston 128GB SD card.

I use it when i use my Anker 5200mAh extended battery and battery cover.

EDIT: also via OTG cable, the phone can support 1TB portable 2.5" drives. no power adapter needed.

Psykopathik 07-09-2014 02:59 PM

finally caved and grabbed one from US Amazon for $122 US shipped. works perfectly in my S4

anyone want to buy a 64gb Micro SDXC? ;)

wat?

its $119 USD normally from Amazon.com (I got mine for $104 USD + tax/shipping = $122)
$129 CAD from NCIX
$159 from Amazon.ca

all pretty far from $200. :suspicious:

its nice to be able to use the normal battery and battery cover again, vs the extended battery and big cover.

yes I carry a lot of 1080P movies. Oddly, no pr0n. a majority of it is Manga tho. Over 64Gb of comics. like Gantz, it over 300 chapters. and takes up almost 2Gb alone.

the card is fast tho. 30Mbps. I wonder when they will make an Ultra version?

The OP says $200, I have no use for one so I didn't search for a better price.
