One of the first things the Dispatcher does is to make sure it hasn't been towed, when people file theft of vehicle reports.

I can see the entire lot from my window, it's common for people to get rowdy late at night and pick fights, I can hear what people say (and I'm on the 20th floor).

I haven't heard glass being broken here in a long time, so it was probably done with a screwdriver or slimjim, I stay up late every night, so I'd know. Considering that I live where it was stolen, I'll keep my eyes open.

Considering how crowded it gets over there, you'd think setting up cameras high on the poles would be a great benefit to.......you know.....

His friends car got broken into in Surrey and the car fleeing the seen is quite possibly mine. It was 2 nights ago.

Roughly in the Fleetwood area.
