2004 acura rsx-s shuddering

Hello. I have a 2004 acura rsx-s with 259xxx km. has everything original except brakes, tires and air filter
When I have my foot on the gas. The car shudders. As soon as I let off the gas. The car rides smooth.
I just bought new tires. The passenger rear wheel is slightly bent. But I don't think that is the issue here.
Could it be my axel? Or a misfire? Iono
What do you guys think?

a spark plug wire maybe not seated in properly? just thinking easiest thing to check. What have you checked so far?

i think you should bring it to my mechanic, the engine probably is shot
I'm sure a revscene member will buy the car off you for $1500

:troll:

but to be semi serious with you,
I'd check the fuel filter --- I imagine it's the original after 259,000 kms on cheap canadian gas, it may need to be replaced (I had similar problems on my jeep at 130,000 kms, replaced fuel filter and MPG went up + no shuddering under acceleration)

I took it to a mechanic and they said axel.
I did some goggling and it's either axel or fuel filter.everything on car is original.
My fuel millage has been crappier. So might be fuel filter.
Thanks guys gonna take it to another mechanic and see what's up.

I second the axle as being the culprit. It's not uncommon for a unit to shudder under load, yet smooth back out once the foot is off the gas. It was a very common problem on my Accord (though, to be fair, the suspension geometry was completely out of whack considering how far down I had lowered it).

alright guys. took it to 2 shops.
one shop looked at it for free and another charged me 100....=(
they both said it was the CV AXEL. now my ride rolling smooth
