Need YouTube Uploading help, how to HD?

I recorded some stuff with my camera at 720p.

But upon uploading to YouTube, I'm unable to set my quality higher than 480p when I'm watching it,
and I also noticed the video has been compressed compared to the video I uploaded from my computer.

These are small mp4 clips, less than 10mb in size.

That setting is part of the program you use to upload the file..

Did you wait a bit for youtube to render it fully?
When I upload videos to youtube it takes a bit of time before I can actually view it in HD

I didn't use any program to upload my video. I just copied the mp4 file directly from my phone to my computer.
Then uploaded the video using YouTube video manager.

Well I've waited for over 24 hours. Still no HD option in my video.

Link one of the original videos here, maybe it's not 720p

Can you check the media info of the clip and see if it's actually 720p coming off your phone?

When you first upload HD isn't available right away sometimes.
CHeck that you're original video is in HD too,
