Where can I get custom IEM molds made locally?

I currently have a set of Shure SE310's and the ear pieces are starting to make my ears hurt after longer uses. Ive always wanted to get molds made and just recently looked into getting them.

Anyone locally had them made? Or did you get the impression kits sent and mail them back out to the states?
