This may be a stupid question, but where are people currently buying their Tesla's in Vancouver? Through another dealer?

their temp location is on Powell St. off Commercial. Service shop is there as well.

Timpo 04-27-2014 07:14 PM

I'm amazed how Tesla is getting so popular and big.
I thought they would just be a small company that would disappear in 5 years. I thought Toyota was crazy to buy their shares too.
Same as Fisker, I guess electric cars are really getting popular.

Isn't fisker in the shitter... thought they couldn't sell any of their 2013s because of the warranty/battery company issues

Before the temp. location, they used to have a roving dealer. If you call him he used to drive to you in the car and show u everything, do the deal in your house. Home delivery of the vehicle.

maksimizer 04-27-2014 08:10 PM

id kill for one of their cars

Sunfighter 04-27-2014 08:27 PM

I love the concept of manufacturer-direct-to-customer sales... I think dealerships have become an incredibly out-dated model!

Dealerships don't like Tesla's sales model at all!

In fact, New Jersey, Texas, and Arizona have banned the sales of Teslas... you can still own one, but you have to buy it elsewhere. Talk about ass backwards...

Saw a black model X on the upper levels highway today. Very distinctive headlights. Meanest looking suv i ever seen.
