	        | Should I lower? E60 530i

I just put on a new set of 20x10 255/30 stretch box setup on my e60, I wanted to see what you guys thought I should do. I'm currently running 18mm and 30mm spacers in the rear, the front's are poking about an inch.

Is it just my imagination or do those front rims look like they're poking out a bit?
As for lowering... meh, to each their own. I prefer my cars lowered, but the roads down on the coast are, for the most part, shit. Not a lot of fun driving a lowered car down there.

			I know that M3 ...
Nice E60 man, damn that looks clean.
The decision is up to you in the end, but if it were me I would definitely look into closing that wheel gap slightly. Even just an inch or 2.

If you're running spacers up front (which the way I read your post, you are) you need to ditch them. Anything to lessen that poke. It takes away from an otherwise gorgeous car.
...and yes, lower it a bit more. Kill the gap son.

			personal opinion
You need to ditch that base bumper and get the mtech front bumper at least before lowering.
also, you should get a e60 trunk finisher
hint hint, i have one for sale

You cant lower it without fuckin up your fenders and tires with those spacers. Without the spacers you will need a good roll or pull

hahaha thanks for your input guys. I wouldn't be rocking spacers in the front for kicks, I had to use them so I could run the 20x10 in the front, the wheels are about 3mm from the front struts.
On the note of the m-pack front bumper or even full kit, I don't see a point of changing it when this one is completely fine, I'd love to do it, but then this would be sitting around and most likely no one would buy it. if my bumper somehow gets destroyed then I'll do it LOL.
I think I will go ahead with lowering, I'm just going to max out the camber so the fronts will tuck, since it's only 1.4" in the front and 1.3" rear, I won't have really any problems with rubbing except turning.
ps. I have two stock wheels in the back so my car isn't so high LMAO

			Don't max out the camber...
I'd suggest going to an alignment shop that specializes in track setups (ie: Dale's) and get their opinion on what to do. Maxing camber on the front wheels makes your car dart like crazy on many of the roads in Vancouver, especially the ones that see a lot of heavy truck traffic.

I'm getting an alignment done the same time as the install, so I'll work out what the best option is with the tech
