6spd manual (easy to find)
and AWD.

Reliability and maintenance is another issue but OP didn't say it
had to be reliable.

i vote for a b6/b7 s4 as well. Great cars, Gotta really maintain it well and it will last long and wont give you a hard time. A used engine goes for 4-5g which is expensive so don't delay any maintenance
