If you knew she was a cop you shouldnt have passed, but if youre gonna fight it this is probably your best bet if you can prove it

But probably fat chance on that as you have to prove the officer was going too slow vs the flow of traffic that caused you to pass in a safe manner.

Probably applies moreso if YOU were going 80km and everyone was passing you, cop can say you were going to slow and slap you with a ticket too LOL

You see a cop, slow down and do the exact speed limit, who gives a fuck if you impede traffic.

Today I was in the left lane with a cop ahead of me in the right lane. Idiot comes up behind me and highbeams me to move over and gave me a glare as he passed me while I moved over to the right lane. Cop was doing 90 just like me.

Guess what happened shortly after, he passed the MARKED cop car probably doing 10-15 over? Cop turned his lights on and pulled him over, I can only assume for speeding.

Doing 10-20kmh does NOTHING at all except make you a target for a cop, if we were going to the same place, I can guarantee you at the next set of lights I'd pull up behind you at the lights when you got off the highway. Cant stress this enough...

did you ask the officer why he/she let people do 60k in a 40 zone? You might still get the ticket but you can use the officers reply as part of your dispute case... you have a point because you witnessed the inconsistency.. with that said, it didn't give you the right to test it out though..
