This is the best way to look at it, really - you get a good story to tell, and douche cop has to come to the realization he's just been a douche.

this may be a lil off topic, say you were driving, pulled over for a speeding ticket, and the officer said he smells marijuana, even tho there was none, is he allowed to search your car?
