Bump from the dead, but just to follow up.

Garage door opener has worked well for well over a year until a few weeks ago. The mainboard of the opener is known to have a problem, maybe 3 out of 1000 units. I'm somehow able to open up my neighbour's garage door.

Liftmaster is aware of the issue and Casp came over to take care of the problem at no charge.
