FS - 1986 Porsche 951 (944 Turbo) **SOLD**
 

This is likely the last place a 28 year old Porsch will get any interest, but throwing it out there for those that know these cars.

It's black on black (original paint - no accidents) with a 2.5L turbocharged inline 4 producing 220hp and 243 ft/lbs of torque. The car does have a AutoThority performance tune that pushes that to approx. 260hp. Matched - as they all are - to a 5 speed manual.

The paint is exceptional - the interior even more so, and all mechanicals are in perfect working order. The car needs nothing now, though as it is 28 years old, there are always going to be a few minor fixes that can be tended to along the way. Nothing that detracts at all from the drive and nothing imperative. The non-working A/C probably being the only 'real' issue. I can't think of any 80's Porsches that actually still have functioning A/C! The entire roof comes out so with windows down and vent blowing hard, it's not really missed.

I have a very detailed ad in Sundays (June 22nd's) Craigs....with extensive photos. The car has had 3 previous owners and I have a binder of documented maintenance records dating back to 1992. All original manuals and factory tools are also there.

Well, was gonna wait til October, but might as well allow someone to enjoy it til the rain sets in for good? The price is now at a firm $9000. If it doesn't sell by the time the weather gets ugly, it'll get stored til Spring 2015 =)
