I've been looking around auto trader for a used BMW X5, S&S Auto Lounge in New West seems to have some pretty good deals from BMW Financial, is it too good to be true?

The car I've been looking at is this one: 2010 BMW X5 xDrive35d Technology CWP for $41,988 in New Westminster | autoTRADER.ca

If its too good to be true than it probably is. Get a carfax report and mechanical inspection done on your own

Many cars there are US Imports, and many are US Lemon Law (title branded) cars.

Neither of which thing are any reason not to buy a car, but they do indicate you should do your diligence.
