Honda Civic Interior Lighting question So I recently got new interior lighting for my honda civic 99 just to get rid of that yellow light so so got these white ones. I'm changing the back and front light but when I change them the fuse burns and the fuse is at 7.5A. I'm assuming that the lights that I got are too strong. So my question is if I change amp higher to what it says in the fuse box which is 7.5A is that a bad idea? Will the cables burn? It works when I just have the back one in but once I turn on the front the fuse burns. I've tried with 15A but it's the same thing. Thanks |
Leave the fuse alone unless you want to set your car on fire. Get less powerful bulbs and you'll be fine. |

I bought 3 of these and did my whole interior .. they're more or less universal because each bulb comes with each of the 3 different types of connectors, and they're LED so low heat/power draw They're obnoxiously bright though, if I didn't have tint I would have gotten rid of them a long time ago, so be warned: 2X White Interior LED KIT FOR Dome MAP 12 SMD Xenon HID Y2 | eBay |
