This isnt always the case, sometimes a batch can be good for every1, but for 1 person their body cant take it. Ive seen it happen... Person wasnt even going outta control jus took 2 beans throughout the nite + was regularly drinking water

More likely that they took way too many caps and OD and not because of "bad" caps

Yeah, that could have happened. I know of maybe 2-3 people that I've ever met that take more than 3 in a night. Maybe because it's tolerance, maybe because they're idiots. We'll never know.

IMO, If they had pure MDMA, then there's no reason to take more than 1. I've come across information that after the first dose of MDMA, the second won't really do anything because your brain has released all the seratonin. As I recall, this was from a National Geographic documentary on ecstasy.
