Information regarding race licenses?
 

I'm becoming more and more interested in getting a racing license.
I'm wondering where I should start my research and how much I should be looking at spending?

I think the license I want is a solosport one.

I eventually want to do the Kelowna Hill Climb, and its mandatory to have a race license.
