Made up my mind and i'm buying a new wrx so this has got to go. Owned it for 2.5 years now and there's nothing wrong with it! You are covered for maintenance as I already have everything done for at least another 50,000kms. I dont HAVE to sell it, so lowballs will be ignored. Things I have done since this was originally posted
New brakes and pads at 210k using OEM nissin discs and Akebono pads
New Exedy stage 1 clutch at 212k. Grabs harder and is stiffer than OEM
New rubber seals in engine @ 212k (cam gear seals, rear main seal, valve cover gasket etc. engine was taken out and done properly)
Valve adjustment @ 212k
Had Tbelt and a bunch of other things checked. Didnt find a problem. Already has a manual timing belt tensioner swapped in.
All done by drivehard in Richmond.

Compustar 2way alarm. With remote start option(I didnt install it, but you can add it for like $100)
Installed professionally at RPM electronics

For faded paint. I have quotes from several body shops to repaint the roof and trunk for $500-700 and a full repaint around $2500 from reputable shops. Car needs absolutely nothing. Turn key and drive away. If my asking price of $5000 is met, I will include RPF-1s with 80% Toyo T1Rs, a set of winter tires on steelies with 30% Yokohama AVS winters + a mugen rep wing and a type S bonnet spoiler

Replaced oil cooler gasket
Replaced distributor
Replaced valve cover gasket
Replaced spark plug gasket
Replaced spark plugs
Replaced spark plug wires with MSD black wires
Replaced oil every 2000-3000kms with 5w30 castrol gtx high mileage
Only used 91 since I have taken ownership
I have receipts for all of this. All done at roughly 206k

Footwork
Lowered on Tein Street Basic coilovers (about 2" ground clearance with decent ride and great handling)
ENKEI black 17x8 RPF-1 with 235/40/17 Toyo T1R (80%)
Blue aluminum valve caps

Exterior
Tried my best to replenish life into the 18 year old paint but roof and trunk have faded. I would say overall 7/10 condition

Cons
As with all VTEC motors, it burns a little bit of oil. I fill up about 1 quart every 1500-2000kms
1-2droplets of oil a day from oil pump rubber seal
Has a few dings from being daily driven, but nothing major
Being 18 years old, the original paint on the trunk and roof have faded. Elsewhere on the car, the paint is meticulous
CEL is currently on for a P0401 which is blocked EGR valve. Can get this fixed before sale for serious buyers. Car runs 100% fine as is.
Small rust spot on lower D/S rear quarter (typical Honda location)

My price: $4500 OBO WITH RPF1s. NO TRADES. My price is fairly firm and its fair compared to the other preludes out there. Its a standard so you won't be plagued with the catastrophic automatic. These cars can run great with general maintenance up to 400k+ KMs
I will include a bonnet spoiler and mugen spoiler with the purchase. I welcome all inspections and test pilots who are serious.
