About to buy one, any issues I should look out for?

Check for oil burning, these motors are known to consume quite a bit of oil. Have the guy rev the car up and stand at the back. If it smokes blue then you'll know it burns oil. Black dots/soot on the rear bumper could also be another sign that it burns oil. Check if the gears shift smoothly with the car on and off. Check for rust. Check the trunk to see if there's a water leak there. Other than that, you should be good to go!

i think pretty much all vtec hondas burn some oil. i had one low and one high mileage GSR and they both did.

i probably did over 100k between the two of them never had any major issues. i would ask to look at the car while its cold so you can do a cold start any weird sounds or issues will probably come up then. Also one of mine had a low quality aftermarket front bumper that shattered into a million pieces on a very small impact, make sure your bumper has integra embossed in it

Get a good mechanic to do an inspection, I recommend Comptech Performance, been going there for 10+ years and they also race at mission as well. Get a compression test too.. Also do what they said above :)

Call BCAA and get an inspection done. At least you know where you stand and what needs to be done, if anything.
