Scotch Guard I was thinking of Scotch guarding the inside of my car. I have cloth material. Anyone use or have experience with this? -Pros/Cons -Does it leave a smell or change the feel of the material -Should I do it or just go to a shop (shop recommendations) Main reason I want to get it done is because I'll be getting into construction soon. Most likely have somewhat dirty clothing after work. So I want to try protect the fabric. (Not even sure if the scotch guard would do anything actually lol) |
Scotchguard is meant to protect your upholstery / carpet from spills. It doesn't make it waterproof, but rather will suspend the liquid above the fibres long enough for you to wipe the spill up. If you are getting into construction, I'd get seat covers or buy yourself a POS car to use for work. |
