Quick sale, needs to be gone this week or the car is going to be scrapped.

Manual transmission, 5 speed
208,xxx kms
Owned for 3 years
Drove approximately 10,000 kms per year, changed oil every 10000kms
Changed 2 o2 sensors ($700) in 2012

Needs fixing
Crack front windshield
Doors don't work properly. Mechanical problem, clip that holds door handle level and locking mechanism broken
Check engine light is on - this is a pp0441 code (Evap system incorrect purge flow)
slow oil leaks (nothing major if you do regular oil changes)
tires lose air pressure slowly (midas didn't find any leaks...), i usually top it up every month.
