need help with alarm system setup

i already have compustar alarm (remote is 2w9000fmr, believe US model)

my car was broken into twice, (this time money/sub stolen :( ) i know for sure that it was locked, today morning i tried to start my car, and it showed unlocked/trunk open. knew at that point something was wrong. im not sure how they are bypassing alarm this but i need help to fix this issue.

Possible that someone programmed a remote to the car why it was in service somewhere? New remotes can be easily added without the owner knowing.

It's good practice to reprogram your existing remotes every now and then to bump out any possible extra remotes in memory.

Yes, the alarm has the ability to remember up to three remotes. Programming the same remote three times will bump out any others from the three slots. Or do the same with two remotes in a way that you use up all three slots

There's so many ways to bypass a poorly installed alarm.

Do you have a hood pin installed? What kind of vehicle is it?
