I understand to a non pet lover, a dogs life is valued less than a human. To each their own. Personally I hate animal cruelty as I love animals.

I don't get why people turn a blind eye to this kinda bs in other parts of the world. Sure, Asians see dogs as rodents, and the strays are a problem. But animal cruelty should be looked at seriously, as the next step up can be a child.

well I meant like not as food.

if this happens in Canada would that guy ever get in trouble by our justice system or will nothing happen.

Marco911 09-06-2014 09:49 PM

Has it been confirmed that he killed his dog?

SoNaRWaVe 09-06-2014 09:51 PM

In Canada you can get in trouble. There is a fine and/or jail time. Remember the Langley case where the dogs were missing but found later dead in a truck?

If I recall, if found guilty there was a fine of either 7500$ or 75000$ and/or jail time. Sorry I can't remember the article on the top of my head.

There're a couple of points
- FB friends 22, all solo pics with no likes, social problem
- Almost all of his pictures are related to wealth, in his case I think is social insecurity.
- He's got plenty of problems. (serious problems)

Spoon 09-07-2014 12:20 AM

seems like a case of someone who wants attention and got it.

Timpo 09-07-2014 12:29 AM

well I guess China is still developing country so I guess they still have a long way to go. Same as Thailand, Vietnam etc.
Also in Korea, torturing dog seems completely fine to them. They kill dogs in most brutal way as much as possible.

Japan is the only Asian country that would not tolerate this kind of animal brutality.
However believe or not it's only couple decades ago when Japan got really strict and banned animal brutality.
Before then, it was legal to host a dog fight as a show and everything.

Well your at it can you beat down the people who kidnaped those 200 girls too? If it's not too much trouble.

ZenZa 09-07-2014 03:04 AM

Don't think the dog actually died. Seems like a troll response to the girl asking if it died. Regardless, it's still animal cruelty.

There's no excuse for torturing animals. It doesn't matter if it's a dog or a rat... Killing them for food is one thing, but drowning them in your washing machine, taking pictures, and bragging about it online is fucked up.

I had read this
Dog 'cleaned' in washing machine sparks anger in Hong Kong

Hopefully the dog didn't die, and the douche gets fined up his ass(doubt it would matter to him), and citizens shun him and spit on him for life

Not related but also made the headlines

From the Associated Press (AP)

Quote:

Chinese authorities killed almost 5,000 dogs in one city after blaming five human deaths on rabies, the official Xinhua News Agency reported Sunday.

The city of Baoshan in southwestern Yunnan province killed 4,900 dogs and vaccinated another 100,000 in its anti-rabies campaign, Xinhua said. The city issued an urgent order calling for authorities to tightly regulate dogs and kill stray ones.

Chinese governments often order such widespread dog culls or ban dog ownership to control the spread of rabies. That has sparked outcry from some dog owners and animal rights activists who call for sterilizing and vaccinating dogs rather than killing them.

In 2009, authorities in the northern city of Hanzhong reportedly killed about 37,000 dogs after a rabies outbreak, including clubbing some of the animals to death.

With certain exceptions and regulations depending on which country you live in, it is perfectly legal to kill animals such as dogs, but you can't make a mess or a sport of it. There is a clear and distinct line between killing and animal cruelty, there are humane ways of dispatching an animal, this is not one of them. Of course the most humane thing to do if you cannot care for your pet is to hand it over to an agency that deals in pets (SPCA), though killing it is not exactly illegal, even the SPCA has to get rid of animals that are either too old, terminally ill, etc.

As most people here have realised, this is extreme animal cruelty, the owner needs to suffer the same fate as his dog.

RFlush 09-07-2014 10:15 PM

It's probably just a fake/troll account. Looking at the limited friends, pixelated pictures, and lack of postings, it's most likely just trying to stir Shit. Hongers are pretty good at being online detectives and no one has actually found this guy yet, so most likely a fake.

That's such an off topic non related article that it would be like posting this: 100 huskies shot and put in mass grave by tour operator trying to save money | Mail Online

you do know rabies is like the real life zombie virus right?

and once symptoms start showing up, you're usually dead within 10 days. Oh and there's no cure once the symptoms start showing up.
