89' Accord EXI ***CLEAN***

Just bought myself a perfect little dailyDRIVER car... I've always owned trucks, as my #1 hobby is rock crawling. But I now have the4RUNNER just for recreational use which is perfect
Picked this thing up for $1500, it has 158,000kms. Everything is really tight and it drives like new. A lot nicer to take this to get groceries than my 4runner on boggers lol...
Eventually would like to 5-Speed swap (once the auto tranny starts to fail) and also would like to throw some coils in and slam it.

Recommendations?
Suggestions?

honestly? maybe a 5spd swap but other than that keep it 100% stock. dont think i've ever seen one that clean before. definitely a survivor and slamming it would be a shame.

Wow .. My family had one ten years ago and it already had terrible quarter panel rust haha

that's damn clean for the age + considering it's a honda

Nice find. Keep an eye on the oil level every few days.

Thanks guys, yeah i'm really happy with it. The guy was what I thought to be joking around with me saying I could put collectors plates on it next year but he was serious. No thanks :P

Not to familiar with the engine I believe Honda put a few different engines in the Accords. I'm pretty sure its the 12v 2.0l...?

Yeah I noticed a smell of burning oil, the engine does leak a bit which I will fix immediately. But I do know if you keep on regular oil changes and top ups these cars go for ever :P

Aha I know I know she's a gem but would look SO good dropped on bbs r/s or some sportmaxx's

Part of me wants to just keep these original wheels on it and lower it just a bit for that look and keep it stock OEM :accepted:

nice pick up! looks really damn clean

Considering the low mileage I would make sure to take care of the rear wheel arches
