1) Who the heck loses a turtle ? That is the most ridiculous thing I have heard in a long time.

2) Kind of gross you put him on your wooden cutting board...

haha i used to have a red ear slider named turbo. buy them when they're the size of a twoonie and eventually he got quite large. he was named turbo for a reason lol. id set him on the floor to look at him, id turn my head away and the bugger would sprint across the floor and went under my bed...took a LONG time to get him out!

ps - feeding them is fun when they get a bit bigger. throw a bunch of feeder fish in a tank with him and he'll just eat them when hes hungry lol.
