I Never know there is such thing.. apparently it must be JDM ... Damn that's pretty sick! |
Very cool, im a sucker for rare AMG cars. Before this car was the W124 E60 AMG with a stroker M119 in it, back in the day that thing was nuts. If I remember they had over 400HP and a 4 speed gearbox and would top out at 300kmh. Only problem is 90% of people wont know what it is, and those who are slightly into Mercedes will deny this car exists and just say you put some badges on. I had a R129 SL with a AMG 6.0 in it. You'll go nuts when a ignorant Mercedes fan boy asks you what motor you have. |

I don't know much about E50's but I'm wondering why this car would be LHD if he had it imported from Japan? |
Dumb question but why the rage over the e50 when we have the e55 here? or is e50>e55? |
Seems like how some people viewed a RHD JDM vehicle about 15 yrs ago. |
Sounds like one helluva sleeper. |
Its LHD because you could option cars like that, and well its cool in Japan to have LHD. The E50 is a hell of a car, but you are right that the E55 is a newer and slightly quicker. The E55 was built with a M113 3V V8 which people say is a bit inferior to the older M119 4V V8. E50 is far more rare though than the E55, and that demands a premium. Only Benz geeks really go for this stuff, like me.. For example a E36 AMG is the most collectible one to go for. A real sleeper though is the E60 AMG which came with the M119 at 6.0L and had a 6.3L option available apparently |
