my dad got his 4runner tires all replaced at Tireland Vancouver on Main. He noticed the alignment wasnt correct as it was shaking a little when braking. They told him to come back on the weekend. So he went on saturday. Few days later, I noticed he was missing a lug nut from the front passenger side...

and...?

He brought the 4runner back to the shop and ask for the nut back...

But the nut they gave him was from the another vehicle...

It cross-threaded and never came off, ever.

they didnt have it, seem like they forgot to tighten it and came loose on the streets...

This has got to be worse than the Ebola crisis in Africa.

Got home. Tried to pull into the garage and realized they gave him a different 4runner. :Pbjt:

Woke up and realized he was in the wrong garage.

Later that day he realized, he had no father...

Then, who was phone?!
