Continental DWS vs MIchelin Xice3

Almost time to swap out my summer tires on my 535xit

I snowboard 4-5 times a season, but the majority of the time im in the city(aka wet rain)

Anyone have an opinion on these 2 tires.

Im thinking the DWS is great in rain and good enough in snow and the the Xice3 is great in snow, but may hydro in rain.

Can anyone concur or recommend any other tires to look at.
