IPad Air2 and Ipad Mini 3

Anyone getting them?

I didn't even know there are new Ipads till my co worker told me about it. Honestly though I think this isn't a huge upgrade form last year model (especially for the Ipad Mini).

I feel my Ipad Air is already good enough as it is now. Yes the touch ID is a nice add on same the new CPU but the price doesn't justify the upgrade for me.

Anyone getting the new IPads?

I upgraded the air1 to air 2, such big difference in speed.

air2 vs air is actually a pretty big difference especially when you start to use some hefty apps.

mini3 is... not worth it imo only thing they added is gold and touch id

Order the ipad mini 2 10% off so that's not too bad. Might give the my Ipad Air to my parents since they keep complaining their ipad 2 is slow and laggy.

My parents are using ipad 2
Everytime they complain, i format the whole damn thing.

Theres not to much of an upgrade with the new iPads. There is the finger print scanner and a faster chip but thats about it. The LCD may have been upgraded slightly as well.

the screen alone is worth the upgrade from air to air 2

Air 2 is better than Air and Mini in every single way if the increased size is not really an issue

asian_XL 11-24-2014 12:49 AM

I got the cheapest ipad Air 2 (Black) on Saturday, it sucks that won't connect the display wirelessly (miracast thing).

Other than that, it is just another ipad

Akinari 11-24-2014 01:55 AM

You'll need an Apple TV if you want to do any kind of wireless streaming to a display/TV

Chromecast works for Netflix, Youtube and Plex

Where at?

VanCellClinic 11-26-2014 06:47 PM

The only real differences are the finger print sensor, and a faster processor. Its not really necessary to update if you have an ipad 2/3 or 4th gen.

Mr.HappySilp 07-16-2015 11:23 AM

Might get an Ipad air 2 through work. $0 on the 16GB or $100 64GB with a 2year plan with 5GB data is $20 per month.

Good deal or no?
