What phone uses this case?
 

Casemate sent me the wrong case for an iPhone 5S, so they sent me a replacement free of charge.

I want to give away the one I received in error for free, but I need to know what phone it goes with. Any idea, cellphone experts?

^ i don't think so. the cutouts are in the wrong place for the left side. the volume up/down and silent button are on the top. unless the case is flipped.

Correct - the case is sitting on its back, in the same orientation as the phone in your pic (i.e. screen facing up).

What phone has buttons on the right side, near the top, and needs a cutout in the middle left?

The placement of the camera cutout in the upper right corner means this has to be an iPhone of some sort, right?

Is there a barcode or model # on the box you could google?

Nope, apart from "Barely There", there is no other distinguishing feature on the box itself unfortunately.
