Nengun posted that he ordered from a FutureShop IP. Pretty sure this guy works for one branch of GeekSquad and used to work for NCIX too. |
So from what I understand, if you want something from this guy, we gotta go to his house, knock on the door and ask for the parts that he stole.. :suspicious::suspicious::fulloffuck::fulloffuck: |

Shouldn't be long until RS Detectives find a FB profile/pictures of his car |
Make sure you take from the right evo. I don't want parts missing from my white evo 6. hahaha |
It's only a matter of time before car thieves around the area get the message and start targeting Evos in hopes of scoring a car with $20k in aftermarket parts  |
Hello everyone, I am a mechanic in vancouver, who has worked with the person named here (Kam) couple times already. I will like to keep myself annoymous here since this is like a war here but I have some interesting information to share. I will like to show a couple information to let the audience really think about it. I just feel like this shouldn't be a one-sided story. *Kam has paid for the parts. #1) https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3...clU&authuser=0 - oh well, you may say Kam probably did a chargeback on that. However, check this link : Dropbox - Nengun Invoices | Awesome Screenshot, since I worked with Kam on most installations, he has given me invoices on all parts paid everytime I perform work on anything. I have read all invoices and there are over 40 invoices paid. Is it possible for a bank to apply chargeback for 40 charges? (message me directly and I can give you access to all these invoices) - oh well, you may say WHY NOT? ...then here is the interesting part. Here are two documents that showed Nengun Performance did a special arrangement/deal with Kam, and it's showed as special charges. Basically, Kam was able to get some parts for free DIRECTLY from Nengun Performance. Those parts were also listed in Nengun's comment here : screenshot :https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3...S3c&authuser=0 document #1 - special charges (nengun agrees to send for free) https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3...cFE&authuser=0 document #2 - special charges (nengun agrees to send for free) https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3...OFE&authuser=0 *Keep in mind, from what I see, at least 40% of the invoices showed special charges from Nengun Performance. To me, it looks like the Kam either has credit with the company or there is a special arrange that Nengun sent them out for free) I have no idea why there are charges wavied directly from Nengun directly on the invoice, but there must be an inside story regarding it. It could be an exchange, it could be a system glitch? it could be anything...and could those invoices be some critical information that Nengun decide to go with online bully instead of legal actions? Something to think about guys. |
What Nengun has not mentioned has been with respect to its dealings with PayPal/CC companies. I believe if the seller gets a chargeback there is always an avenue to rebuttal the information presented by the buyer. Even if the buyer is found in favor of chargeback, there are still avenues available to appeal the decision. Nengun would have to be fairly unsuccessful with appeals/rebuttals to a point where they would go out to publicly try and shame the guy If there are over 40 invoices paid, and each one being a separate transaction - I'd be surprised if PayPal/CC companies haven't looked into all the reversed charges (from the same seller especially). This situation is all speculation anyways, no point for anyone to get involved other than Nengun and the guy with the Evo as well as PayPal/credit card companies. The police can't really do much for something that's more or less a civil matter under Canadian law, unless there can be a finding of fraud over $5000 (but good luck in getting any court case in a timely manner, justice system is lulz) |
To me, it's just ridiculous if a bank will approve a 40+ invoices chargeback. Even some of the items Nengun listed on facebook, they sent out to Kam with the special discount. I have a feeling there are some kind of special deals that didn't work out between them. As a business owner myself, I will never expose client's information to the public, Nengun should just go through legal actions if the amount is as much as it mentioned ($20,000). Exposing client's information and taking it to social media/online is just very unprofessional to me. :suspicious: |

How did Nengun ship 20k in parts internationally without the purchaser having to pay duty or sign for the packages? Because if duty was paid or the packages were signed for surely they could use that to dispute the chargebacks. |

Stolen Parts Tom I have sent you all the transactions and this was your reply after I have shown you actual proof from Paypal and Visa regarding kam fai cheung "To: Orders <orders@nengun.com> From: Tom Lesley <tom.lesley498@gmail.com> That sounds horrible man. To be honest I don't know much details but what I can do is to ask him in person if he plans to come by anytime. I will make sure I get a detailed answer from him or have him contact you. I hope I wasn't installing illegal parts for him for the whole time." To answer your Question tom, Yes you have been installing stolen parts. Ok. Not once have we here at Nengun said kam fai cheung has done a chargeback or committed Paypal fraud. We do suspect this will happen though. On the Nengun site we have New Parts and the Auctions. What Kam was doing is adding funds via Paypal to his auction account but didnt buy anything from the auctions. He would intern buy New parts ( this is one order of 22 orders made) Bride - Zeta III - FRP FRP - Black F31AMF Bride - Rails - FG Type MITSUBISHI LANCER 91/10-00/4 (Right Side Only) FG M015 LANCER RH Cruize - Forged Wheel Nut 28mm length - M12xP1.5 - x12 Nuts x4 Locknuts - x1 Adapter 28mmP1.5-16L Total with freight $1511.40 CAD He would withdraw $1,497.38 CAD From his auction account but because he was in the new parts section of the site the order only showed CAD $ 14.65 thus he would only pay CAD $ 14.65 via CC visa and site would automatically refund him $1,497.38 CAD back to his Auction account. So he just kept buying parts and getting plus $1,497.38 CAD refund every time. Then he would cancel an order and receive double the money back. Ok we found the glitch because it happened to some other customers as well and they all repaid. But when we informed Kam he tried to offload money that was not his into his personal bank account. Basically he was making a run for it. So from there we sent him all the invoices from Visa and Pay Pal So he knows exactly what he has paid. Basically he has stolen 20K for parts that do not belong to him. We have gone to the Police, they wont, cant help. We have contacted him times beyond number he just ignores us. We have called his Phone he doesn't pick up, we have warned him way prior that we were going to Name and shame, still no reply. I am not proud of what I have done on FB but this is happening all the time from other undesirables doing charge backs etc. We have slashed $13000 CAD of the bill. Kam knows this, he only has to Pay 7k I personally believe this is a very generous offer on our behalf. Still he doesnt answer us. In conclusion. Now I want to emphasize this. In no way shape or form do we here at Nengun condone any sort of violence towards this person. Because Kam is not answering us and there are people who have actually contacted us who know or work with him. In a law biding way if Kam is not going to pay back the 7K then those parts are stolen and they dont belong to him. I would like him to hand over all those stolen parts to lets say a forum member and the parts are to be given away for Free to the car enthusiasts of Canada. So is this the correct TLDR version?: - Kam finds out a glitch in Nengun's website which allows him to purchase parts at a deep deep discount - Nengun ships out parts without thoroughly checking balances - Nengun publicly shames the guy in hopes of him repaying back - Nengun attempts to get police involved but they can't do anything? I doubt anything at this point will be resolved. Nobody is stupid enough to get involved to try and get "free" parts without the risk of facing criminal charges against the guy who already installed most of them on his car. Kam probably won't be looking to pay Nengun back after all of these details have been released - damage has been done? |
Who sends their parts installer all their invoices? especially that many invoices... |
7k for 20k worth of parts :notbad: considering nengun's prices are pretty good as well |
waiting for kam fai chung to come sign up to RS to hear his side of the story, this is gonna be good lol |

My question for Kam: How much is your reputation worth? 7k? Or maybe at least an explanation, if there is one. |
in on thread i don't fully understand :fullofwin: |
